For the second consecutive season, Boutique Hôtels Collection has entrusted the creation of the gastronomic menu at La Table du Grand Large to M.O.F. chef David Boyer.

La Table du Grand Large is a restaurant that David Boyer knows well. He was its chef in 2011. Since then, he and the restaurant have come a long way. The former was awarded a star in 2014, was chef to Anne-Sophie Pic in 2019 and crowned Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2023. As for the restaurant, it has asserted its gastronomic vocation since Le Grand Large Hôtel & Spa, which hosts it, integrated Le Boutique Hôtels Collection in 2022 to become 5-star.
